This is the second time we have gone to this shop. This time, we brought in some hair that we wanted used for the braids, but it was the wrong hair. So, we were not getting exactly what my daughter had hoped for, but that was our fault. When I picked my daughter up at the end of her appointment, not only did her hair look amazing, but they took the time to add a little extra to her hair so she could still feel like she got something similar to what she was looking for. Appointments have been easy to schedule and the salon was easy to get into on the dates we wanted. I would highly recommend this salon.
